We Wellcome Örebro Apnea Club to be affiliated to OBAC / One Breath

The swedish Apnea Club -Örebro Apnea have decided to become affiliated to OBAC / One Breath. This means that they will have a person  trained, free of charge, to become what is called OBAC Umpire. The Umpire have the right to upgrade any member with a OBAC Cert.
